Political Commentator Stephanie Hamill says Minnesota is accused of participating in one of the biggest “welfare fraud schemes” in US history.

Ms Hamill told Sky News host Rowan Dean that the situation is “totally absurd”.

“And this is something that has really frustrated Americans for so many years.”
