Michelin Guide inspectors have arrived in South Australia to evaluate restaurants for potential inclusion in the 2027 Michelin Guide to South Australia, with results to be announced in October 2026. The South Australian government secured the partnership after Tourism Australia declined a $40 million five-year Michelin deal, according to the Australian Financial Review.
