Melbourne gang accused of Sydney shooting spree | 7NEWS
Four Victorians have been extradited to New South Wales accused of being part of an interstate kill crew for Sydney’s Alameddine crime gang. The group allegedly travelled from Melbourne to Sydney in late August, sledgehammering their way into a Hurstville home, firing shots at a Turella property, and leaving behind the same firearm found at the scene where 23-year-old student Marco Tapia was shot dead in his bed. Police have linked the crimes through ballistics evidence, with the Melbourne four facing court but not yet charged with Tapia’s murder.
