Marco Rubio ‘soft launches’ running for president in 2028
News24 Washington Correspondent Jonathan Kearsley believes US Secretary of State Marco Rubio is “soft launching” a run for president in 2028.
“It looks very much like a soft launch,” Mr Kearsley told News24.
“This podcast with his wife. We’ve seen Vice President JD Vance do TV appearances with his family.
“Everybody is now gearing their minds toward 2028.”
