US Secretary of State Marco Rubio says he is confident in getting a “positive resolution” on Greenland.
He appeared before the US Senate Foreign Relations Committee where he spoke on the Trump administration’s interest in Greenland.
He reinforced US President Donald Trump’s stance on the Arctic territory, stressing it is a “longstanding” national security interest for America.
His comments come as Denmark and Greenland’s prime ministers tour European capitals to show solidarity with the territory.
