Marco Rubio bluntly confirms not a single US tax dollar will go to Iran
Secretary of State Marco Rubio says not a single US taxpayer dollar will be used to fund Iran’s rebuilding efforts.
Speaking to reporters, Rubio dismissed suggestions America would directly contribute to any reconstruction fund.
Rubio said potential investment opportunities would only arise if Iran abandons its terror-exporting agenda.
He stressed any future economic support would come from private or foreign investment, not US government funds.
“It won’t be our investment. It won’t be our government money,” Rubio told reporters.
