Manhunt underway after deadly shooting in Sydney’s Riverstone | ABC NEWS
Police are hunting for a gunman who shot dead a man in north-western Sydney.
Emergency services were called to Riverstone after reports of a shooting on Annaluke Street.
A man in his 30s was found with multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim, who died at the scene, is believed to have been a resident in his 30s from the local area.
Two burnt-out vehicles were subsequently found in nearby streets.
NSW Police’s Superintendent Jason Joyce described the shooting as a ‘brazen’ and ‘targeted’ attack, as investigators examine the possibility of organised crime links.
