Mandurah teens charged over black swan vaping attack | 7NEWS
Two teenagers in Mandurah, Western Australia, have been charged with animal cruelty after video emerged showing them tormenting a black swan by forcing vape smoke into its beak and striking it. The 13-year-old admitted to the offence in Mandurah Children’s Court, while his 16-year-old co-accused has yet to enter a plea. Both boys face maximum penalties of five years imprisonment and a $50,000 fine.
