‘Man of principle’: Andrew Hastie abruptly quits Ley’s shadow cabinet

Liberal Senator Jacinta Nampijinpa Price respects Liberal Senator Andrew Hastie’s decision to step down to the back bench.

“I have a lot of respect for Andrew,” Ms Price told Sky News host Paul Murray.

“I think that he has certainly shown he is a man of principle and conviction.

“They’ve brought in 1.2 million people in their last term of parliament, and housing supply hasn’t kept up. That’s just a fact.”
