A major emergency is unfolding right now along Victoria’s Great Ocean Road.

A freak deluge has caused widespread flash flooding, sweeping cars into the ocean and leaving campgrounds underwater.

Rescuers are checking dozens of stranded cars for occupants. There have been no reported deaths so far.
