Labor’s Digital Duty of Care bill has ‘dangerously vague definitions’
Shadow Communications Minister Sarah Henderson says the Digital Duty of Care bill has some “dangerously vague definitions”.
“This is a bridge too far; this is information control,” Ms Henderson told News24 Political Editor Andrew Clennell.
“This is information control because of the wide range of discretion both that the minister has and also the eSafety Commissioner to determine what is harm online.
“There are some dangerously vague definitions.”
