King Charles to embark on ‘fraught visit’ to US
News Corp columnist Angela Mollard reveals the “problems” for King Charles ahead of his “fraught visit” to the United States.
“It falls on top of a backdrop of so much tension between Britain and the US,” Ms Mollard told Sky News host Danica De Giorgio.
“Firstly, we have the war in Iran, where, of course, Trump has come in and absolutely slammed the British Prime Minister Keir Starmer for not being like Winston Churchill.
“It also comes on the back of the Epstein files, where, of course, Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, the King’s brother, has been massively implicated and is, of course, being examined for misconduct in public office.
“The British ambassador to America, Peter Mandelson, was pulled from the job because of his relationship with Epstein.”
