Kamala Harris was only hired because of her ‘skin colour and gender’, Joe Biden says

‘The Rubin Report’ host Dave Rubin says former US vice president Kamala Harris was “not qualified to be vice president”.

“She was hired … because of her skin colour and her gender, that’s what Joe Biden himself said,” Mr Rubin told Sky News host Rita Panahi.

“She’s largely irrelevant.”
