Approximately 1,000 Jetstar customer service staff will conduct a one-hour work stoppage across major Australian airports during NRL grand final weekend as part of industrial action for better pay. The union members will also refuse to charge passengers for certain transactions and halt airport announcements, though they maintain customers will not be significantly affected by the action.
