‘It could have been much worse’: Expert analyses Manchester terror attack

Deakin University Islamic Politics Professor Greg Barton discusses a terror attack at a synagogue in Manchester, UK, which resulted in the deaths of two Jewish people and injuries to several others.

“To put it in context, this is extremely rare in the UK,” Mr Barton told Sky News host James Macpherson.
