Israeli forces shoot dead two Palestinians in occupied West Bank
Video has surfaced showing Israeli security forces shooting dead two Palestinians who appear to have surrendered during a raid in Jenin in the occupied West Bank.
The killings have sparked outrage among Palestinian authorities, who have condemned what they say is a “war crime”.
Israel says the men were terror suspects and that the incident is under review.
