Israeli airstrikes in Southern Lebanon result in 11 deaths
At least 11 people were killed and three others injured in southern Lebanon following Israeli airstrikes on a village, according to Lebanon’s state news agency.
This incident is among the deadliest in Lebanon since the development of a US-mediated peace framework for the region.
Israeli forces remain present in southern Lebanon, and Hezbollah has not accepted the terms of the US framework.
