Israel rejects UN inquiry findings of genocide in Gaza

A team of independent experts commissioned by the United Nations’ Human Rights Council has concluded that Israel is committing genocide in Gaza.
Israel said it “categorically rejects” the findings of the UN commission of inquiry which concluded that Israeli authorities and forces had, since October 2023, committed “four of the five genocidal acts” listed in the 1948 Genocide Convention.
