Iranian strikes damage Dubai international airport | ABC NEWS
Dubai’s international airport and its landmark Burj Al Arab hotel have been damaged in Iran’s retaliatory attacks targeting the Gulf states and the wider Middle East.
The airport’s media office said four staff were injured on Sunday but most passengers had left the area before the strike.
Dubai and Abu Dhabi have been impacted by Iran’s retaliatory strikes, including hotels as well as the cities’ airports. One person died at the Abu Dhabi airport.
The airspace over the UAE remains closed, disrupting global travel on a massive scale.
