Hydrogen vehicle smashes land speed record in Utah | 7NEWS
The JCB Hydromax has set a new land speed record as the fastest hydrogen-powered vehicle, reaching almost 654 kilometres per hour in Utah, U.S. Retired British Royal Air Force fighter pilot Andy Green, who broke the sound barrier on land in 1997, drove the vehicle. The record is intended to support progress towards a zero-carbon future.
