A CFMEU inquiry has heard hundreds of workers walked off a huge tax-payer funded project, over a puddle. Union representatives called for a safety briefing at a Cross River Rail site after the discovery of a ditch, filled with 3mm of water. #cfmeu #puddle #crossriverrail
