The Hondius expedition cruise ship has been cleared to resume operations following a multi-day deep-cleaning and disinfection effort after a hantavirus outbreak. Biosecurity specialists treated the vessel and declared it rodent-free, with test results confirming the virus did not originate from the ship. The cruise ship will begin its Arctic season next week.
