Ariarne Titmus has announced her retirement from all levels of swimming. The 25-year-old has won eight Olympic medals and nine World Championship medals. She won the 400-metre freestyle at the 2024 Paris Olympic games, becoming the first Australian female athlete since Dawn Fraser in 1964 to win back-to-back gold medals in the same event.
