Four minutes of daily movement cuts diabetes risk | 7NEWS
World-leading research involving more than 22,000 people over eight years has found that 30-second bursts of high-energy activities totalling just four minutes daily can reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes by 36%. Activities include climbing stairs, carrying groceries, running for transport, playing with children or pets, and doing household chores.
