A 28-year-old former Sydney nurse, previously accused of threatening Israeli patients in a viral video, has appeared in court on a separate drug charge after police allegedly found morphine in his locker at Bankstown Hospital. His legal team is challenging the legality of the search, arguing he was not present during the procedure and seeking to have the case dismissed. A ruling on the matter is expected at the end of the month.
