Former Liberal MP faces second sexual assault trial | 7NEWS

Former New South Wales Liberal MP Rory Amon will face a second trial in the Supreme Court on charges of sexual intercourse and committing an act of indecency upon a 13-year-old boy. Amon has pleaded not guilty to both charges after a jury in March cleared him of eight other charges but failed to reach a decision on these two remaining counts. The trial is scheduled to take place in November and relates to an incident alleged to have occurred in 2017.
