Floodwaters in Queensland’s north-west are set to rise over the next two days after parts of the region saw nearly a year’s worth of rain fall in just 24 hours.
The weather bureau says conditions are slowly easing, but there is still a lot more rain to come, and communities aren’t out of the woods yet.
