First Nations designers at Australian Fashion Week 2026

Since Australian Fashion Week’s launch in 1996, the first all-Indigenous showcase was not held until 2021. The first Indigenous solo show debuted two years after. At this year’s annual event, four First Nations designers told 7NEWS that fashion means more than a runway, and the future of fashion is Blak.
