Federal Court has ‘doubled the damages’ Sal Grover owes trans woman Roxanne Tickle

Sky News host Caleb Bond says the Federal Court has “doubled the damages” that Sal Grover owes trans woman Roxanne Tickle for their trans discrimination case.

Mr Bond said the court upgraded the offence from indirect discrimination to unlawful direct discrimination.

“The Federal Court believes that the law does not provide specific protection for biological women.”
