Lily Hooper, an 18-year-old bushwalker, was found dead eight days after going missing in a national park southwest of Sydney. Her father Jim Hooper has expressed gratitude for the search efforts despite a communications error that initially reported her as alive, and has requested the Premier lower the Harbour Bridge flag to half-mast in her memory.
