A 24-year-old father has been charged with dangerous driving causing death after allegedly inhaling nitrous oxide from a balloon before crashing his car into a tree in Vivash. The crash killed his two young daughters, aged three and four, who died at Perth Children’s Hospital a week after the incident. The man’s licence was suspended at the time of the crash, and he has been denied bail due to concerns about witness interference and potential reoffending.
