Fatal Tesla crash at Westfield Knox | 7NEWS
A 27-year-old woman was killed when a Tesla driven by a woman in her 50s failed to give way at a pedestrian crossing near Westfield Knox, with the vehicle then mounting the grass and crashing into a restaurant during lunchtime. In a separate incident, an 80-year-old woman was hit by a bus while crossing the road and remains in critical condition at the Alfred Hospital with multiple fractures. Major crash investigators are examining both incidents, with police appealing for dashcam footage from the Tesla crash.
