‘Failure’: Optus under fire for ‘little change’ which caused customers to not reach 000
Tech expert Trevor Long says Optus’ network outage for customers to call 000 was a “failure”.
“They call it a firewall issue,” Mr Long told Sky News host Paul Murray.
“We don’t know why that little change that they made stopped calls from going through to 000.”
