King Charles is backing the Three Lions to rise again following England’s devastating loss against Argentina in the FIFA World Cup semi-finals.
The King joked it would be a good day to “drown a few sorrows” whilst drinking a pint at his latest royal engagement.
Following this, the royal account shared a post congratulating the team on a historic run and reminding them they remain “the pride of a nation”.
