Dramatic moment anti-ICE activist sets fire outside NYC immigration building

In a horrifying moment, a man allegedly poured gasoline outside a New York City immigration court before setting it ablaze and hurling fireworks.
Footage shows the suspect appearing to empty liquid onto the entrance steps, ignite the fire and sprint away as flames spread behind him.
Several officers can then be seen racing in his direction before tackling and apprehending him nearby.
The suspect has since been identified as Andrew Arrabaca, 43, who reportedly had anti-ICE materials with him when he was detained.
He was pulling a cart at the scene carrying the message “ICE off our streets,” while investigators said Arrabaca had arrived with a cache of weapons and incendiary items.
