The president vowed to deliver Americans $2,000 refund checks next year, using the revenue generated from tariffs.
US Trade Representative Jamieson Greer says Donald Trump will “find a way” to deliver wealth back to the American people.
President Trump claims the United States will also be using tariffs to pay off its $38 trillion in debt.
Trump also said the United States would be in “serious trouble” without tariffs.
