Democrats urged to unequivocally condemn ‘dangerous’ far-left radicals in party
Former staffer for President Clinton Jamie Metzl says the Democratic Party has to stand for a “positive vision” of America.
“This list of far-left candidates gets worse and worse, and it’s not just bad; they are literally inciting violence against other American citizens and supporting Hamas and Hezbollah and other terrorist organisations,” Mr Metzl told News24 host Elizabeth Pipko.
“Just as we Democrats … would want the Republicans to condemn the January 6 insurrectionists, to condemn the Charlottesville marchers who were doing Nazi salutes, we need to unequivocally condemn the dangerous far-left anti-American radicals in our own party.”
