Critic tells Jim Chalmers where government spending needs to be slashed

EQ Economics Managing Director Warren Hogan told Treasurer Jim Chalmers where to cut government spending after asking critics to nominate certain areas.

“The real issue is these new programmes around the care economy and the NDIS,” Mr Hogan told News24.

“They really need to show a lot more urgency about tightening that up and really pulling back on how much money flows into the economy.”
