Council warns against Halloween decorations which could hurt wildlife

Sky News contributor Joe Hildebrand discusses how a council is warning residents against using fake spider webs for Halloween with concerns about the effect on wildlife.

“You will not believe this … councils are warning residents off using Halloween decorations like fake spider webs,” Mr Hildebrand said.

“We’ve got no evidence it actually causes any harm, but we better ban it anyway.”
