A witness has described to a court seeing Alan Jones sat next to a complainant with his hand under the table at a lunch on Sydney’s lower north shore.
Complainant C previously gave evidence alleging Mr Jones rested his hand on his upper thigh or groin.
The witness, who was present at the lunch, said he observed a complainant of Mr Jones looking “distraught”.
