Climber injured after falling 10m in the Glass House Mountains
An emergency rescue operation is underway in the Glasshouse Mountains north of Brisbane after a climber fell 10 metres down a rock face.
The climber has been left with minor injuries following the fall in the popular Sunshine Coast climbing area.
Emergency crews are on the ground this morning working to reach the patient and safely extract them from the mountainous terrain.
Aerial footage from the 7NEWS helicopter shows climbers in the area, though it’s not yet confirmed if they are linked to the urgent rescue mission. #climber #mountain #fall #emergency #glasshousemountains
