Incoming Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer reacts to the Democrats taking control of the House and the Senate.

“When I first talked about taking back the Senate in 2025, people rolled their eyes; they said it couldn’t be done,” Mr Schumer said.

“How did we win? First and foremost, we focused on American families and their pain and their needs.”
