China evacuates two million people as Super Typhoon Ragasa lashes Taiwan, Hong Kong
Hong Kong and southern parts of mainland China are bracing for the arrival of Super Typhoon Ragasa, after the storm swept through the Philippines.
The country’s disaster response agency was put on full alert as strong winds and heavy rain caused flooding and evacuations.
