CFS firefighter’s ‘great courage’ remembered at funeral service | ABC NEWS
A funeral service for CFS firefighter Peter Curtis has been held in his home town of Wirrabara.
He died while attending a scrub fire on Eyre Peninsula last month in circumstances that prompted an ongoing investigation.
At the service, Mr Curtis’s coffin was bedecked in a CFS flag, native wildflowers and a firefighter’s helmet bearing his name.
