Builder chased over defective Perth apartment block | 7NEWS
A Perth builder, Kastle, is being pursued for hundreds of thousands of dollars in warranty work on an apartment block plagued by water leaks and defects. Residents report ongoing issues including a non-functioning car park exhaust fan that failed in the first week due to water damage to the electrical board, creating potential carbon monoxide risks. The same builder has recently taken over the failed Nicheliving Sky Homes project on Beaufort Street in Inglewood, which was abandoned four years ago with serious weather-related damage.
