Police are claiming a breakthrough in the search for the masterminds of Melbourne’s so-called bar wars.
A 20-year-old Melbourne man was arrested on Tuesday and has been charged over a series of violent attacks on Melbourne hospitality venues.
Police say the man co-ordinated the attacks on behalf of Kazem Hamad, he exiled crime boss who also orchestrated Victoria’s tobacco wars.
The young man arrested today has allegedly risen through the ranks of the infamous syndicate, all from inside his family home
