Bali three plead for leniency in murder trial | 7NEWS
Three Australian men in their 20s are on trial in Indonesia for the premeditated murder of Melbourne father Zivan Radmanovic, who was shot at a Bali villa in June. Indonesian prosecutors have requested sentences of 18 years for alleged gunmen Mevlut Koskun and Paya Tupo, and 17 years for alleged planner Darcy Jensen, rather than the maximum death penalty. The accused men are pleading for leniency before a panel of judges, while the victim’s wife Jasmine Gordius has publicly called for their execution.
