At least four people have been killed and eight injured in a mass shooting and building fire at a Mormon church in the US state of Michigan.
US police say they have shot dead Thomas Jacob Sanford, a former US marine and Iraq war veteran, who they suspect rammed his truck into the church and opened fire on parishioners, before setting the building on fire.
Authorities say it was a “targeted” attack and are searching the suspect’s home and phone records in pursuit of a motive.
