Armed police at SCG for final Ashes test
Cricket fans attending the fifth and final Ashes test, which begins tomorrow in Sydney, may expect a larger police presence on the ground.
A capacity crowd is expected at the SCG as Australia and England face off for the final time of the series.
Police officers will be out in force, conducting high-visibility patrols to provide public safety and reassurance.
Public Order and Riot Squad officers will also be present with visible long-arm rifles.
