AI company Anthropic has developed new technology which it says is too dangerous to release publicly. The Claude Mythos preview has superhuman cybersecurity and hacking capabilities. It is believed to have found vulnerabilities in every major browser and operating system.
Alastair MacGibbon, a cybersecurity expert, says that while Anthropic is working to prepare major US companies, smaller organisations and other nations may be left behind.
